Project Description: Sure Steel was responsible for a turn key steel package (fabrication and erection) on this complex structural steel project. The building is 64,000 square feet and consists of 600 tons of structural steel. Sure Steel was involved early on in the project by providing budget numbers and design assist recommendations to optimize costs as it related to steel fabrication and erection. This involvement allowed the project to be within budget and helped facilitate a timely erection schedule.

Schedule: By working long hours through many weekends and by allocating more resources / equipment to the project, Sure Steel was able to overcome a harsh winter in Rexburg, ID and complete the project on time.

Quality: The Owner of the building is the LDS Church. The LDS Church has an extremely high standard of quality for its temples as these buildings are sacred landmarks for the Church. Sure Steel was able to comply and exceed all quality standards on the project.

Safety: There were no major safety issues on this project.

Reference from Jacobsen Construction: “Sure Steel is very adept and capable of developing a preliminary project budget, working through design development and final document design to provide vital and valuable contribution to the financial and operational success of any project. Our field operations personnel report Sure Steel excels in production, quality and safety.” - Rich Ainscough, formerly with Jacobsen Construction.
