Madison Memorial Hospital

Project Description:  

125,000 square foot addition coupled with a 60,000 remodel.  This project was challenging due to the fact the hospital remained operational through the entire construction.   Limited lay down area put the focus on sequencing and scheduling.  The project was very successful and even mandated erecting an atrium with skylights adjoining the newborn unit without any complications.

Schedule:

8 weeks for the addition and 6 weeks with multiple remobilization's for the remodel. 

Quality: 

All aspects of this project met or exceeded AISC standards. 

Safety: 

Coordinating with the hospital and traffic flow made this a logistically challenging project.  We are proud to report all erection activities were accident free.
